Effective August 13, 2026. By using the Mimo Island app or this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Service scope

Mimo Island is a macOS app offering desktop utilities and related information pages. Features may change, be added, paused, or discontinued with future releases. We aim to keep information accurate, but do not guarantee that every feature is always available on every device, region, or macOS version.

2. License to use the app

Subject to these terms and applicable law, we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on compatible Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or otherwise use the app in an unauthorized way unless applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features, subscriptions, trials, and refunds are governed by the Apple App Store and applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Review price, billing period, and renewal terms before purchasing. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account.

4. Your content and third-party services

You are responsible for the content you create, import, translate, share, or submit to third-party services through the app, and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights. Your use of translation, AI, music control, and other third-party integrations is also subject to each provider’s terms and policies.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability, or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
