Subscriptions and billing
Apple manages subscriptions, refunds, payment methods, and purchase history. You can manage subscriptions in your macOS App Store account settings. If an in-app entitlement does not refresh, try Restore Purchases before contacting us.
Privacy and data
You can clear locally stored data in the app’s settings. For privacy-policy questions or data-related requests, email us with “Privacy request” in the subject line.
